### 1. Booking and Payments
1.1. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.

### 2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
2.2. The initial deposit is non-refundable 

2.3. Payments become non-refundable once processed, as it is used to secure accommodations and supplier commitments 

2.5. The full amount becomes non-refundable within 45 days prior to departure 
2.4. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour, a full refund will be provided.

### 3. Health and Safety
3.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour.
3.2. It is advised that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses and personal liability.
3.3. Zanzibar infrastructure tax ($5 USD per person per night) is payable locally

3.4. Mandatory Zanzibar insurance is not included

### 4. Travel Documents and Visas
4.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
4.2. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.

4.3. We will provide you with the necessary info for visa requirements.

### 5. Itinerary Changes
5.1. While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, changes may occur due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary as needed, and participants will be informed as soon as possible.

### 6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
6.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the tour.

### 7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other tour members, guides, and local communities.
7.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour, with no refund provided.
